Why Frangipani

The same form. An individual touch.

The hand leaves its mark on each object: in the line of an edge, the surface finish and subtle differences in proportion. Each piece rewards a closer look.

  1. Made by hand

Pieces of the same design may vary slightly in tone, texture and proportion. These differences are a natural part of being made by hand.

  2. Materials with character

Terracotta, wood and marble each have a distinct surface, pattern and way of reflecting light.

  3. Carefully selected

We select objects for their balanced proportions, sculptural forms and distinctive materials.

  4. Advice

We help you compare dimensions and finishes, and find a piece that suits the space you have in mind.

A form that draws the eye

Leave a little space around your chosen piece. Against a plain wall or beside a simple console, its lines, proportions and texture become easier to see.

In the workshop

Bali, Indonesia

An artisan shaping the neck of a large clay vase in a workshop in Bali

First clay. Then form.

In Balinese workshops, vases take shape step by step. Hands shape the neck, smooth the surface and define the proportions. Traces of this work remain in the finished object.

This is where Frangipani begins — with the people we meet, the material and the time it takes to give it form.

Showroom

Frangipani up close.

On 12 September 2026, we opened the Frangipani showroom in Zakręt, near Warsaw. Our guests of honour were representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Warsaw, led by the head of the diplomatic mission. We were honoured to welcome them.

See the collection at its true scale. Compare the texture of terracotta, the veining of marble and the finishes of selected pieces.
