Delivery within Poland

Delivery within Poland is free. You will see the available delivery method when placing your order.

Delivery to countries within the European Union

We also deliver to other countries within the European Union. Shipping costs are quoted individually, depending on the products selected and the delivery destination.

Please contact us before placing your order at office@frangipani.pl, specifying your selected products, delivery country and postcode. We will provide an exact shipping quote. Orders for delivery outside Poland are arranged individually after the shipping cost has been accepted.

In-stock products

Products marked “In stock” are dispatched within 48 hours. This is the time needed to prepare and dispatch the shipment, not a guaranteed delivery time.

Pre-orders

The new collection is expected to be available around March 2027. The estimated availability date for each product is shown on its product page. This date is indicative; we will let you know if it changes. Pre-order products are dispatched after the delivery arrives at our warehouse.

Orders containing products with different availability dates

If you order both in-stock and pre-order products, we will send them separately. In-stock products will be dispatched within 48 hours, and the remaining products after the delivery arrives at our warehouse. You do not need to wait for the entire collection to receive the items that are already available. Delivery within Poland remains free.

Returns

If you withdraw from the contract, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. The conditions for withdrawal, the return address and information about complaints can be found in our returns and complaints policy.
